Dr. Kshirsagar explains how to take our complex lives and structure them in the simplest of ways to feel our best, for example, how to increase energy, eat, exercise, and sleep when it is most beneficial, and how to bring our emotions into balance. The book also explains three distinct phases of life, i.e., our early, middle, and later years and how to maximize the potential of each. As such, this book will benefit anyone of any age. The answers lie in the rhythms of nature, something that has always been there to guide us (and hopefully always will be).
