Overall the safe is pretty well built and will serve its purpose. It’s not a fire safe, but the otter shell seems well built and is thick enough to deter people from entry. The inside includes a pathetic sheet of felt that isn’t properly cut, but does pad your belongings from coming in contact with the metal. There is also a pretty flimsy shelf that can probably only hold a few lbs before bending. The lock mechanism seems pretty solid and is easy to program. The backup key also works, however does not operate in an accessible fashion...you’ll need to functional hands to open the door with the keys. Overall it’s mixed quality, but if you want a simple safe that secures your belongings it’ll work fine.
