Cher is an amazing woman, she really has something of a "Midas Touch" But this documentary is more of a con-man's hype than it is a tribute to Cher. Instead of being produced by a journalistic outfit trained to be objetive and present both sides of a story, this appears to be produced by female Cher worshipers, giving it a slimy feel. You know that feeling you get when you want to stick your finger down your throat. Professionals always give you a bit of a teaser, then the program and finally a wrap-up. This amateur presentation just constantly repeats themselves and in case you didn't hear what they said, they repeat it over and over and over. There is no actual interview with Cher and the only footage of her is stock footage in quick edits. You'll learn more about Cher by just watching her short interview with Dick Cavett than you will from this revolting redundancy. If you are a real Cher fan, go watch one of her movies or listen to one of her songs, you'll enjoy it much more than you will watching this. If you're thinking about watching this on PRIME, you'll want to get the time lost back again. If you're thinking about purchasing the DVD, you'll wish you spent the money on something else.
