There have been two books that dramatically changed the way I lived my life and radically improved my health and well-being. First there was Eat To Live by Joel Fuhrman and now The Circadian Code by Dr. Panda. I strongly recommend both of these books to anyone interested in living a long, healthy life. The Circadian Code is fascinating and will give you many excellent, and do-able, ideas for better synching your body's internal clock with the external world and will also explain why this is desirable. The science is rigorous but the writing is completely accessible. This book changed my life and it will be what everyone I love on my Christmas list receives this year.
