I am sure Asurion (PUN intended), is a reliable way to assure replacement of a failing it piece of equipment. The two star reduction was to get their attention. I have several Addition policies and cannot determine which devices they are attached. The emails come in a generic fashion. I think they should arrive with the exact product (invoice, serial number, or model, at least). It seems as if Assurion is playing they odds that you might forget and not use the policy since there is no direct explanation as to which Assurion policy goes with which device.
