*Update*
Returned the previous headset. Was sent out a 2nd one in worse condition than the first. Please stop sending people broken garbage. I had to drive and inconveniently ship back the other. Now I'll waste more gas and money to ship this one. Horrible business practices.
I just recieved this "New" product and it has a dirt and gunk on it. The USB seems to be SUPER GLUED TOGETHER. Some kind of chemical build up near the plug. If I plugged this defective thing into my Mac I'm sure it would destroy something. VERY disappointed in this purchase and whomever though it was ok to send out electrical components in this condition. Shameful. It smells of disgusting cigarette smoke and so does my hands after handling it.

Sold as new? It's old used and damaged.
