So I've been struggling making chili in my instant pot! We like our chili super thick. I usually will make a batch of beans and when thats done I will throw the rest of my chili ingredients in. I don't use a lot of thin liquids, I will use a couple cups of broth, 1 cup of spaghetti sauce but really lean on the veggies to release liquids during the cooking time. However, when I go into the chili mode it will quickly tell me that my food is burning because it doesn't have enough liquid. Lately, I just put the chili on Saute, with this glass lid, and let the chili boil for about 15-20 minutes. Since the beans are cooked, the chili comes together pretty quick.
