I've used every pan several times since I got them and I use at least one daily. I read the reviews and decided some were either too picky or don't know how to care for SS cookware. I've never used SS before, but you'll have no problems if you follow the rules and tips. I use Bar Keeper's liquid once a week on any given pan for the residue/tarnish. They shine right up and look new again in one minute, see the pics. I love the strainer lids for the obvious reason, but it acts as a steam vent to. The edge of each pan has a curved lip, which I didn't think much of until I realized it prevents the spillage of the food down the side of the pan when pouring!
