I have enjoyed Dr. Gundry's info on lectins. After reading the intro; I like his thoughts and was happy there was a list of “do” and “do not” foods, it’s a good start. Some of the recipes look interesting but are time-consuming. I have read his first book, and for about 6 to 7 months had tried many of his examples in food and vitamins and my joints quit hurting and I became more active. This book made me remember that.
