Customer Review

Reviewed in the United States on June 3, 2020
Amazon delivered the seventh $100 card to the intended recipient as they did on the previous 6 cards to the same e-mail address but this time when the recipient went to open it minutes after receipt it said redeemed. Customer service had the nerve to write to me when the card would not unlock that and “unaffiliated account had redeemed it”. Customer service refused to release the name of the confederate they stole my $100. Amazon has a fiduciary responsibility to ensure that no one but the intended party can access funds entrusted to them. Their response that it was delivered to the appropriate address absolves them of any responsibility for a “hack” is utterly absurd and devoid of their fiduciary responsibility. I will never trust them with cash again
