Excellent companion to the Plant Paradox diet by Steven R. Gundry. My husband and I have been on the Plant Paradox diet for three months. He has lost 20 pounds and I have lost 15 already. We eat plenty of food and never feel starved like with some diets. I was a little concerned at first because of the amounts of olive oil he recommends but we feel very healthy and energetic. This cookbook is much appreciated as the recipes in the first book are limited and were great for a while but we were looking for more varieties. There are 100 new recipes in this book that will keep us busy for some time trying them out. I recommend this cookbook for anyone on the Plant Paradox program. So far the recipes we have made have turned out wonderfully.
