My only complaint is that there was a significant but superficial chip on the product when I received it. Normally, I wouldn’t mind but when it comes to glass and hot/cold temperatures it’s deep enough that it concerns me. I’m hoping to get a replacement at which point I will change my review to reflect the otherwise solid product it is but dealing with Amazon/third part sellers in any straight forward fashion is like running through a maze with hurdles so I’m trying this review first.
First the pros: This product checks all the boxes. It’s sturdy/substantially well made; it’s design makes 2L without taking up too much space in the fridge like my other too tall cold brew maker; the filter is designed so it won’t dislodge from the lid and fall into the container when opening/pouring (I can’t begin to explain what a pain it is filtering coffee grounds from cold brew); and the handle is part of the lid compared to other models which was problematic with glass.

Arrived with significant but superficial chip on the glass container. Otherwise great product.
