LOVE. Item was as expected. Great quality and price. Took along time to get here but Amazon notified me that is was on their end and not the fault of the company. I emailed Alex and Ani about a charm I would like to see and they reaponded promptly. I am hoping to see this in the near future. As it is a cause close to my heart.
