This ointment is a must-have for breastfeeding moms. I gave Lansinoh a try, but it was too thick and sort of sticky. Lansinoh was hard to rub on, but this Medela product glided on perfectly. It does have an odd smell that I'm not a fan of, hence the 4 stars, but it does a great job of keeping my nipples and lips moisturized. I found that this product was also better than using the harsh chemicals that come in Chapstick and other lip balms. I also recommend purchasing Medela Tender Care Lanolin on Amazon since it'll be cheaper here than in stores.
