So. I've decided it's time to work out. I've been going to the gym and working with a trainer. One of the exercises is this thing where you strap these to your leg and do all sorts of maneuvers with the weights. I can use the gym's straps but ick. So I bought my own.
For a beginner that started at 5lbs and has moved to 50lbs these have worked great for me. They seem durable and they are easy to use.
