I bought this controller because my original PS4 controllers were both on the fritz and I didn't want to shell out $60 for another one, especially with the PS5 around the corner. This controller is well worth the money that it costs. I've logged a handful of hours of game time with it and so far haven't found any issues with it. I did notice the joysticks have a different level of responsiveness to them, but this is something you get used to after about 1 hour of gameplay with it. The only issue I saw, and this is being super nitpicky, is the fact that it doesn't power the PS4 on with the PS button like the original controllers do. But if that's the biggest problem out of this controller, then this thing is easily worth the 25 bucks it costs.
