A MUST HAVE BOOK FOR FIGHTERS!!!!! If you dont have this book and you train or are traning people then your missing out on alot of smart information. I have alot of different workout books but this is one of the first ones that tells you why you should do an exercise. Plus who wouldnt want to read the conditioning secrets of the top athelet who has never ending cardio!!
The only thing this book doesnt have is a somewhat diet plan or routine for someone that can only workout 3-4 days a week who might have a daytime/nighttime job. but it does state to change the workout that suits your time and abilities.
