19 April 2019 - further experience Seller agreed to refund due to my shipping address being outside of US for my 1st purchase as part of their no hassle warranty claim where I bought a 2nd set and it worked out great!
2 weeks later I bought a 3rd set for my wife and had similar issues to that require warranty claim. I submitted the claim and techmatte refused to honour the no hassle warranty as I had claimed once. I'm perplexed that one account can only file for 1 warranty claim no matter how many sets I purchase or potential future buys that require warranty. Very poor aftersales that can get loyal customers to keep coming back for future new devices protection.
26 March 2019 - original Item fits perfect and easy to install. I got a piece that has in perfect glue and found out only after applying. Contacted tech matte and they offered to refund due to my location being overseas and shipping was an issue for aftersales. Wonderful aftersales team and I ordered again from amazon!
