Was so looking forward to setting up this Home Theatre. It has very outdated speaker connectors on the back and takes the patience of Job to wire up and is a very time consuming project. Once all connected the sound was pretty good, but on the third day was watching the news and it just stopped working. Sound went dead and never came back. Called Amazon Tech support and was told to disconnect all the wires. After informing the agent how long it took to carefully wire up all the speakers he asked me to unplug all other connections. Did so but no success. Then was put on hold while they attempted to call Yamaha which was also a waste of time. Just put on hold indefinitely and so have just decided to return the system and look for something else more reliable with customer support. Very disappointing and such a waste of time!
