As other reviewers have said, you can't transfer the balance of these cards to an existing Starbucks account. When I tried the card didn't transfer AND the balance was zeroed out. Still working with Starbucks customer service to straighten this out. Won't be purchasing again. Edited to add - got things straightened out but I still wouldn't purchase this again.
