I usually don’t write reviews. In fact, it took me several minutes to figure out how to write a review on Amazon. This is an excellent product. There is a space for everything that travels with your iPad, except for the charging cable. The case is sturdy and the pairing and use is easy.

The product aside, I want to applaud the company’s customer service team. The keyboard stopped working after about six months. I sent a message to the company regarding the failed keyboard. I actually wasn’t expecting much help and was looking at purchasing another keyboard/case. To my surprise, I received a reply in a timely manner. After a couple of emails, I was told that I was being sent another keyboard. To my surprise, I received a new keyboard, case, and keyboard cover. I am very pleased with the service I received, even after almost 9 months.

I will purchase from this company again, and I highly recommend this company. BTW: I also recommend this product, it really is a good product.
