We ordered this for our vacation, and it came missing a piece. I called amazon who was great in handling it, and gave us a refund. I told the gentleman that I would just order another one and hopefully it would have all the pieces. I placed my order as it said next day delivery, which was perfect as we were leaving that next evening. I happened to get on amazon to check in another order and my order of this item was changed to Saturday delivery! Well already be gone! As you can imagine, I’m not very happy with this item/experience.
