1) Although our setup was for only 6 users, the administrative function does not allow monitoring individual outgoing faxes in order to help resending a fax if it was not sent successfully. It will sit in that individual's outbox until that person checks it and sometimes it would be couple hours later or too late. I was told that there will be a software upgrade to have this feature added at the next revision and they will email me the patch. 2) The unit is capable of sending and receiving faxes up to 33.6K but often time we have to set both to 14.4K to work with most systems out there especially toll free and VoIP numbers. The support team was extremely helpful to work with us trying to get the system up and running during the first week. They even Fedex from China a brand new unit to exchange a defective one that I received from Amazon. The drawback is that due to different timezone, the exchange communication usually happens at night or by email for the following day instructions. For the price, I would purchase a 2nd unit when they come out with new upgrades as mentioned.
