Free weights and weight sets are sold out everywhere and I didn't want to stop resistance training while on lockdown. I was extremely skeptical but figured at the very least for $50 it might be good for something. BOY, did I underestimate these unassuming little bands. I have been able to replicate arms, chest, legs, delts, and everything thing else you can do with free weights or a machine. Arms sore form curls? Yup. Chest burning form flys and presses? Yup. Delts on fire from shrugs and upright rows? Check. I'm blown away. This simple bag of rubber bands will absolutely do the trick until the world opens back up again. There are plenty of Youtube videos to follow and it is easy to get the hang of the exercises. Don't hesitate, don't even add these to cart - check out NOW!
