Who knew such a simple, extremely affordable tool could make my gnocchi so much better? No instructions necessary: the harder you press as you roll down the board, the more cigar-like "layers" you get curled into the pasta, i.e. if you only roll it gently, you will get the line markings but no "layers". I feel the layers make the gnocchi more classic & a tiny bit lighter. Wish I bought this years ago! Parents should get this to create gnocchi + memories with young children..
