I have enjoyed much of this book (although I believe there are either translation or editing issues). But my real problem is with having pre-ordered this book, the first volume (which I did not know and never was told) of an at least two volume work, and never being informed about volume two “The Devil’s Pawn” and that it, too, could be preordered. I own much of Oliver Potzsch’s work and would surely have preordered the second volume even before reading volume one! As things turned out, I first learned there was a volume two about the same time volume one arrived, BUTvolume two was already said to be out of stock with no certainty that it would ever again be in the inventory. Something is terribly wrong about a) not being notified that it could be preordered when b) I had already preordered volume one. It seems apparent some folks were alerted to the coming availability of volume two since it was sold out of your inventory before I received volume one. Amazon should 1) review its notification procedures and 2) make sure it orders enough copies to serve those who like an author well enough to preorder. I suspect you folks at Amazon think so too.
