Customer Review

Bought it for my 2015 RAM Bighorn Crew Cab.
Package arrived in very good condition.
Opening up the box, I soon discovered that the bars were "used" as if someone already tried to put them on a truck that didn't fit. Worst I could tell that this point that it had greasy finger prints on them and some light wear around the bolt holes.
The brackets that hold the bars are clearly marked DF DC DR & PF PC PR.
Put the Driver side brackets on first, did not tighten down the bolts so I could adjust the brackets to line up the bolt holes on the bar. Soon discovered that the Center bracket did not line up. It was about 2 inches off to the right. As if the bracket should be flipped over. Removed the Driver Center Bracket and replaced it with the Passenger Center Bracket and that made up the difference.
Put the Bar back on the Brackets and inserted the bolts. Everything seems at this point good so far. Tighten up the bolts holding the brackets on the truck then started to tighten up the bolts on the bar. First bolt would only go about half way and appeared at this point to be stripped out.

Removed all hardware from truck and repacked the bars in the box all except for the bolt and bracket stuck on the bar and bubble wrapped it the best I could and fit it all back in the box. Contacted Amazon and shipping it back to them for a refund.

Bars looked nice and seemed well made and I doubt this is the norm but sooner or later it will happen to you: You will get a bad part :(
