I like to tell people this book changed my life! I've waited a month after reading it to post a review and make sure everything I'd learned had proven true. And it has.
There is a bit of, what I call, hippy mumbo-jumbo, but the vast majority of the book has really good information and examples. Everything the book said would happen to me and my body has actually happened.
Before I read the book I would need to take naps every day. I always had a hard time losing weight. I couldn't stay motivated to exercise every day. Had all kinds of food cravings.
After I started following some of the things I've learned I no longer need naps, I've exercised every day for the last 20 days, I've lost 11. 5 pounds in the last 33 days and I am not feeling hungry or craving food very often.
