I ordered this book while anxiously awaiting my first little bundle of joy. Like many new mommies I worried about every little thing including what I should and should not eat. This book has it all. Advising what to avoid, offering recipes and even spelling out whole meal plans in detail. It is incredibly informative when it comes to your diet while pregnant. I took away a lot of the recipes and still continue to use them for the last couple of years now. This is basically a nice guide for eating healthy without starving yourself and can continue to be used even after your little one comes along. I'm now expecting #2 and I just pulled this book out again to refresh and remind myself all the wonderful things I can EAT with fuss free meal planning. I definitely recommend!
