This is your basic 'leaf' antenna. It comes with everything you need to set it up, including a power booster that you can connect to your tv's usb port or a wall adapter. It comes with three two sided stickers so you can attached the leaf to either your wall or a window. I would use caution if attaching to your wall as the stickers as extremely sticky and could cause damage upon removing. I did not permanently attach the device as we are in the middle of rearranging bedrooms and will wait until that is complete. That being said, I simply placed the antenna in my grandson's bedroom window. I connected it to his TV, along with the booster. Went into the TV's settings and scanned for any OTA channels. The first time I did this, it was able to detect approx. 30-32 channels. As you can see from the video, not all channels that were detected were able to be watched. I do not hold this against the product, since as I mentioned, it is not correctly installed. The picture on the channels that were able to be watched we pretty good for being OTA. This is definitely an improvement over the old rabbit ears. I would recommend this product if you looking for a way to start the cord-cutting process.
