Ordered this about 3 months ago. My husband uses it daily for therapy. It started making a noise when pedaling. I called the manufacturer who listened to the noise over the phone. The customer service representative diagnosed the problem as a bad bearing. I’m now waiting for a special tool to remove the crank. Why am I the repairman? Between waiting for the special tool and then the part so I can repair it, it will be down for weeks to a month. Really? I paid extra to get a reliable product! What happens in another 3 months? Will I have to replace the bearing again? The idea that I am suddenly a bike repairman is ludicrous. Very disappointed in this company’s warranty.
