Everything else ended up being pushed aside the rest of the day because I didn't want to put the book down. I was both captivated and moved by what I read. The research is compelling; why do some people survive against all odds? What do they do differently? What role does a person's internal belief system play in their ability to heal? Anyone that is facing a health challenge (or would like to avoid one) could benefit from understanding how they can empower themselves when it comes to their health.
