As a life long waterman, I have had my fair share of injuries, broken back, torn labrum, chronic low pack pain to name a few. Kelly's tools and techniques outlined in this book have allowed me to enjoy surfing and paddling again without pain. As the owner of Sea Trek, a Sea Kayak and Stand Up Paddling center in Sausalito, Ca, my livelihood depends on my ability to stay healthy and injury free. I use the routines outlined in this book daily to maintain proper mobility and strength so that I can play and work hard. The interviews from world class water sport athletes are a great addition to the book. If you enjoy water sports then his book is for you and worth every penny.
