These are strong magnets and the included adhesive discs are the perfect size. The magnets were packaged well and had small plastic discs between each magnet which makes them much easier to separate.
While working with them, a couple slipped from my hands and slammed back into the stack I was working from, but none were damaged in any way by the impacts, so the plating seems to be pretty solid.
The only drawback is that most of the magnets appear to have been chipped along the edges prior to them being plated, so they're not really "pretty". The plating process covered and smoothed out those chips for the most part, leaving no sharp edges and none of the inner material is visible, so it's really only a cosmetic issue.
