I used a little over $40 off my $100 gift card and it's not saved in my account on old navy and it magically disappeared from my email also. I feel so sad so, now the rep told me that I lost the egift card because I should've used all at once. How was I supposed to know that? Then I was told that I should've written my pin because they change it so no unauthorized person would be able to use it so I guess that's the reason they deleted it. Now I'm left with the card number and no pin. What's the sense? They SCAMMED ME
