I got this book for free after seeing it on the Kindle Buffett list. I did not know the author and had no expectations other than the concept seemed interesting. I liked the book and enjoyed the friendship between Mary Bliss (the main character) and Katherine (her best friend). The premise - of killing off a husband to get out of the financial mess he makes after taking everything and creeping off into the night - was completely implausible but quite entertaining and made for some laugh out loud moments. I did find the fact that a woman could be completely oblivious to the state of affairs (financial or otherwise) in her life disappointing but overall, the book was a fun quick read and I would recommend to others.
