So I bought two of these for a multi-monitor setup, and while one of them has worked fine these past few months, the other had to be replaced due to a series of dead pixels. Now, stuff like this happens and it really wasn't a big deal, I just got my replacement and moved on.
HOWEVER, now the replacement has had even worse issues of its own. The displayport connection on the monitor has failed, and when used over HDMI it (very occasionally) gets stuck in connecting-disconnecting loops, while other times working normally. I'll be contacting for another replacement I guess, but this shouldn't be a problem consumers have to deal with in the first place.
