Got it in this afternoon, and with a light lunch, I cooked some shortly after opening the package. The first thing I noticed was how big the bags are (40 oz) compared to my $5 store-bought brand. This one is definitely the better deal. Then I compared the back information and found more ingredients in this one. I like mine cooked, so I dumped two cups into a pot with 1 1/5 cups milk and 1 cup water. It cooked in less time than the other brand. I think I'll add another 1/2 cup water next time, so the leftovers won't be as dry. It tasted great! While eating, I went to the company's website and checked it out. I plan to try their other varieties in the future. This will definitely be a regular purchase from now on. Update: The best way to cook is to use double the liquid than the dry ingredients. For one serving, I heated 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup milk on the stove. Didn't wait for it to start boiling or anything before I poured in 1/2 cup muesli. Stirred while cooking for a little while. Then took it off the heat and covered it for a couple of minutes. Came out perfect! So just double wet over dry. You want it soupy when you pull it from the heat, because it will thicken. Leftovers can be fridged for the next day.
