The book was okay. I found that the pages were incredibly thin and were very tear prone. I bought the looseleaf version and was expecting that (like all other looseleaf textbooks I have purchased) the pages would be hole-punched for a standard three-ring binder, but they were not. The holes were slightly too close together and the pages would have torn if I had tried to force the issue. We tried to contact the publisher to find out if there was a special binder to hold the pages, but never heard back. So, I ended up with a 1200+ page looseleaf book and no way to take it to class or even keep it safely at home without ruining it. I didn't use the code, so I can't say anything about the online access. Overall, NOT worth over $200.
