I was excited to read this book, but I struggled to even get through the first chapter. The book lacks actual suggestions on how to create a client centered law firm and only mentions a few specific examples of firms that have achieved a good client experience. Most of the book repeated the same superficial concepts and never flushed them out to the point of the concepts having any value to the reader. I gave up reading halfway through the book.
