As I was opening the package I knew something wasn't right because it was inside out... and as soon as I turned it around I immediately noticed it was COVERED in hairs and lint. It even had some very long blonde hair stuck to it. It's obviously been used and has not been laundered at all. I'm super grossed out.
I understand that returns happen but you could at least make sure the product is clean and not covered in other people's hair before sending it to your customers.
Update - I originally ordered 2 and one showed up a day later. That one is clean with tags and clearly brand new. I tried them both on and they were HUGE. I expected them to be long since I am short but they are even baggy around my butt and legs. I'm 4'11, size 4, 32DD and I ordered smalls. Will be returning them.
