The shredder worked great for 7 months. Now when in AUTO it continuously runs. Have tried blowing out the senor area with can air to make sure no paper dust is clogging the senor, but that was no help. Until now our office has always liked our 8 Aurora shredders. Unless this MAJOR defect/issue can be resolved or patched our organization will look elsewhere for future shredder needs.
