Prepared surprised me in many ways. It showed me a completely different form of teaching, learning, and preparing the kids for future. It sets a great example of being a collaborative parent and teacher. It sets culture of asking “What is best for our kids” and WIT “Whatever It Takes” culture on not giving up on kids. Reading Prepared will empower you as a parent to set paths for your kid to be prepared for adult life, by mentoring them and not choosing instead of them. I feel very great that I have had a chance to read this book. The fact that there are mentalities in our world like Diane Tavenner’s and all Summit’s teachee that all children should be saved and no one should be left behind is very heartwarming!
