As a doctor who treats lots of patients on keto, I can tell you that when keto is done wrong, it can be harmful. Keto is not just a diet, but a lifestyle and this book does an excellent job of providing a more holistic approach to incorporating keto over the lifespan, not just as a short-term fat burning tool. If you already think you know a lot about the dietary aspects of keto, I would especially read the sections on exercise and mental flexibility. These are the 2 areas the majority of my keto patients do wrong and the authors are absolute experts in these areas based on a tremendous amount of their own personal experience as world class athletes and coaches. I did receive a free copy of this book, but I chose to write this review because I think it is key that people learn how to use utilize keto as a longevity strategy rather than a short-term weight loss plan.
