I purchased a HP printer in October 2017 and purchased the Asurion warranty with it. It stopped working correctly. I contacted Asurion. They sent me a prepaid label to send them my printer and that very same evening I had my credit so I could purchase a new printer. THAT IS SERVICE. So you bet I purchased their warranty with my new printer. Thank you very much.
