Purchased this for my daughter, first one came in bent in 5 places. I contacted the vendor, and they immediately sent out another. Oce my daughter received the new one, she started using it right away.....her words "I love it, it makes making my egg noodles so much easier."...I'm not sure which I am most impressed with...the pasta maker or the vendor.....Thanks Guys
