This product failed after a year in the middle of recording. Since then, the support have confirmed receipt of my microphone, but weeks later have not given any update about it. This is despite multiple emails, multiple ticket updates through their own site, multiple tickets submitted to their site, all resulting in complete radio silence from a company that now has essentially stolen my property. No phone number is listed for any kind of support or customer contact, and the ones I've found for their physical offices go unanswered. I've worked for many types and levels of support, and any time an email was not responded to in 1 hour was considered a failure. This company took a WEEK to issue an automated/canned RMA email. They confirmed receipt of my property once it was received, however no further update have been given in the weeks since.

In short, they are incompetent thieves. This is pathetic. Avoid this company like the plague.
