I have a love/hate relationship with this book...I have been eating plant based for years but always like to learn more. I enjoyed the first part of the book and like the writing style...little humor thrown in between the information. But as it went on it got a little too technical for most people including me. Seemed to drag on and on. When I got to the 4 week eating plan is when I lost interest. The weekly shopping list is 3 pages long and around 60-70 items including ingredients that are hard to find. On to the recipes...most are too complicated(usually 10 to 15ingredients) and most include something you had to have prepared previously(like the Biome Broth) people will not be able or willing to do this 3 times a day. I knew I should have waited for “real” reviews instead of believing pre-sale reviews. The message is good and needs to be told, but implementing this complicated plan isn’t sustainable. Sorry I wasted my money.
