The book has a easy to read categorization and plenty of photos to works with. The book also will give you multiple angles for you to understand the process better. My only problem was that it was a compilation of techniques and combos, but there was no training methods at all. It was more or less created for already practicing MMAist to just fix some of the techniques they are working with to match that of Fedor's. It would have been nice to see what his training was like and what and how he drills these techniques, because I think that's the major part of what makes Fedor THE FEDOR.
