Okay so I have been using this notebook for quite some time now, and from what I learned is that this notebook is a somewhat cool buy. The price, on the other hand, says otherwise. The whole premise of this notebook is that you can reuse it, up to five times, and upload your notes to cloud destinations. However, there is nothing special about the notebook, it's the ink. Frixion pens are designed to fade when exposed to heat. Even so, after you have microwaved your notebook, there is still the "ghost" of your previous writings. As a college student on the go, the cover has held up for the past three months but is starting to fall apart as with the binding. Keep in mind that I store my notebook in my backpack which is very well organized, so for the actual build of the notebook, it could be better. So in the end what to stop a person from just buying a regular notebook, that's a bit heat resistant, and just using friction pens? Nothing, because in the long run, that is still cheaper, buying a whole set of multi-colored Frixion pens and a regular notebook. Would I buy this product again? Probably not. Would I recommend this to a college student? Sure if you have money to spend.

PS: This notebook also comes with an app that scans your notes. Which sounds cool and all, but you can just download some scanner apps or Adobe Spark and just take photos of your notes that way. The Rocketbook app isn't that special anyway, hasn't even had an update since I got this notebook.

Update: After just three semesters the notebook has fallen apart. For the price this notebook is not worth it at all. I really liked this thing a lot, but it cannot withstand the constant microwave treatments. The spine has fallen apart as well.
